Purchases made between the 1st and 5th of the month will receive that month's club package. If a purchase is made on/after the 6th of the month, you will receive next month's club package. Packages will be mailed between the 15th and 20th of each month.

Inside Your Monthly Treat (Based on Selection):
- Exclusive Mystery Graphic Tee: Ever come across those tees that just scream "you"? Well, I've personally selected one for you every month! And here's the kicker – it's a unique design you won't find in my regular shop. I'm keeping the crème de la crème exclusively for my club members.
- Mystery Monogram Tee: This will be another exclusive design that isn't available to anyone else! Monograms will vary between graphic tees and embroidered tees. Both full chest designs and pocket designs.
- Cute Themed Item: Each package comes with a special extra touch: a surprise item. It's that extra detail that turns your package from great to outstanding!
There are currently three different levels to the club:
Option 1 ($28): Signature Style - Exclusive Mystery Graphic Tee / Themed Item - (2 items total)
Option 2 ($28): Monogram Elite - Mystery Monogram Tee / Themed Item - (2 items total)
Option 3 ($43): Ultimate Expression - Exclusive Mystery Graphic Tee / Mystery Monogram Tee / Themed Item - (3 items total)

- Free Shipping: Absolutely, you heard it correctly. I'm shipping these fabulous items to you without any additional shipping charges. Why? Simply because I appreciate you!
- Set It & Forget It: Once you join our club, I've got you. I process the monthly charge on the 1st to ensure you seamlessly continue receiving your monthly tee fix.
- Missed the Window? No Biggie! If you sign up after this month's enrollment window (join between the 1st and the 5th to get this month's club items), don’t sweat it - you're just ahead for next month's goodies! All subscriptions renew on the 1st of the month.
Garments brands used will vary between Port & Co., Gildan, and Next Level. All brands are an adult unisex fit. All colors are also a mystery. Themes can/may be geared toward holidays and/or an be an "everyday" design. All designs, patterns, garment colors will be a mystery.

While I try to constantly update size and color options to accurately show what is in stock from various vendors, sometimes the certain size/color item you order may be backordered and not be able to arrive within my current processing time. If this occurs, I will reach out to you to see if you’d like to wait for that option, change your order, or cancel it. Thank you for your cooperation when this occurs.

Digital downloads are available immediately once your payment has processed. Files are sent via email to the email left at checkout. Please immediately save your files and back them up into cloud storage for safe keeping. Downloads are NOT saved to your account and it is not the responsibility of Handmade Pieces Company LLC to resend files due to lack of proper safe storage.

Clothing & Accessories have a 10-15 business day turn around time. Any ready to ship item or items from the blooper/sample collection will ship within 1-3 business days.
Transfers, decals, and packaging stickers have a 4-6 business day turn around time.
Any wholesale orders have a 10-15 business day turn around time due to high order volume. Any ready to ship item or items from the wholesale collection (noted as Ready to Ship in the title) will ship within 1-3 business days. The wholesale accessories & add on collection has a 3-6 business day processing time. However, if these items are ordered with garments, the entire order will have a 10-15 business day processing time.

Turn around starts on the next BUSINESS day as day one (1). Additionally, turn around time starts when payment is received. Reaching out to discuss a custom order does NOT start turn around time.
I.E. You order an item on a Monday. Turn around time starts on the following Tuesday as day one (1). Any item ordered on a Saturday/Sunday will start turn around time on Monday as day 1 as Saturday/Sunday is not a business day.
Processing time does not include transit time, but only the amount of time I need to prefect your order.
In the event that your order contains items from multiple categories with different processing times, (ie. a shirt and a decal), it’s left to Handmade Pieces Company LLC’s discretion to ship each item individually or to hold and ship as one item following the longest items processing time. The exception is any ready to ship item will be sent immediately while the remaining made to order items will fall under standard processing time.

All items are sent either USPS or UPS by customer selection at checkout. All orders are provided with a tracking numbers.
Due to nature of personalization and that everything is made to order, Handmade Pieces Company LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item, please email sales@handmadepiecesco.com within three (3) days of your item being delivered and we can work to find a solution!
