Upload your COMPLETED resale exemption form. Please do NOT upload your sales tax permit again. Additionally, do NOT upload your EIN documentation from the IRS here. The form uploaded here must show why the sale is tax exempt along with your signature along with accurate buyer/seller information. If you are unsure of the form for your state, there is a blank one both above and in the listing description to complete and upload. (If you are one of the five tax free states, uploading your proof of business again is acceptable.) Please upload legible and readable documents. Fuzzy and unclear documents can delay the approval process. Failure to attach an exemption from with accurate information will result in me reaching out via email asking you to complete it. This is a hard requirement.

I understand that it may take 24-48 business hours to verify this information and to hear back about acceptance via email. Applications are reviewed during standard business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-4pm ET. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders! Often times the initial emails end up in junk/spam.

Intent to Resell
Items sold by Handmade Pieces Company LLC at wholesale prices are only to be sold by the seller on their own individual website/Facebook group. Items are not to be resold in any destash/buy sell trade groups/wholesale groups or other sites such as, but not limited to, Etsy or Faire as Handmade Pieces Company LLC retains the right to do so. Additionally, these are not for personal use and/or gift giving. All items are also sold on my retail side for those intended uses. Please do not abuse the wholesale pricing and program. Do you understand?

Please make sure you “checkout” and proceed to the next screen, make an account, and complete checkout despite this listing being free. You must create an account in order for me to view your documents and information and complete the checkout process. This is NOT a Google Form. You must complete checkout to have the documents sent to me. You will receive an order number and an order confirmation email. I can’t view any documents without a complete order.

A wholesale account with Handmade Pieces Company LLC enables your business to purchase discounted garments for your business to then resell. 

Please complete the requested information below and checkout as normal. There are no fees or costs associated to applying. Checking out does NOT guarantee you access to a wholesale account. 

I reach out via email to the email address you provide in the selection above with any questions and once you’re approved.

A sales tax ID and an exemption form is required. If you're in a state that does not collect sales tax, please submit proof of business on a state/city/local level.

Please do not submit your EIN. For the exemption form, a document showing why sales tax isn’t collected along with your signature must be submitted, not the tax ID again.
If you're unaware of your state specific exemption form, I have forms prepopulated for you to complete and then submit. If you live in Georgia, you can find the correct form here. If you do not live in Georgia, you can find the form here.

Please DO NOT submit the same document in both fields.

I still must verify your documents which may take 24-48 business hours as some states do not have online verification.

Review all the polices here. 

If a wholesale order is drop shipped (meaning I ship directly to your customer), your address is entered as the billing address while your customer’s information is entered as the shipping address. It is your responsibility to enter the addresses correctly and in the correct location. Your information should always remain as the billing address. Please refer to the shipping section for more information.

Drop ship orders:

  • Have a generic packing slip included. No mention of wholesale/prices.
  • Are packaged in a protective bag before being placed in the polymailer with packing slip & the same generic care card.
  • Have a generic name for the return address. They’ll never know it’s me!

A MOQ of five (5) is required at checkout (mixing and matching designs is okay). If you can show proof that you ran these items from HPC, the MOQ can be waived. Proof must be emailed to wholesale@handmadepiecesco.com. Please send this email with your order number in the subject line immediately after purchase.

If you check that you meet the MOQ and are under, but proof cannot be supplied with 1 day of your order being placed, you will be invoiced for the appropriate up-charges (difference to my retail cost). Your TAT will not start until the additional invoice is paid. If the invoice goes unpaid after 1 day of being sent, your order(s) will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% fee.

The current exception to waving MOQ is Halloween Baskets and Corded Crews. These are a special order item which cannot be waived.

All items are sent either USPS or UPS by customer selection at checkout. All orders are provided with a tracking numbers.

Due to nature of personalization and that everything is made to order, Handmade Pieces Company LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item, please email wholesale@handmadepiecesco.com within three (3) days of your item being delivered and we can work to find a solution!

While I try to constantly update size and color options to accurately show what is in stock from various vendors, sometimes the certain size/color item you order may be backordered and not be able to arrive within my current processing time. If this occurs, I will reach out to you to see if you’d like to wait for that option, change your order, or cancel it. Thank you for your cooperation when this occurs.

Digital downloads are available immediately once your payment has processed. Files are sent via email to the email left at checkout. Please immediately save your files and back them up into cloud storage for safe keeping. Downloads are NOT saved to your account and it is not the responsibility of Handmade Pieces Company LLC to resend files due to lack of proper safe storage.

Clothing & Accessories have a 10-15 business day turn around time. Any ready to ship item or items from the blooper/sample collection will ship within 1-3 business days.

Transfers, decals, and any stickers have a 4-6 business day turn around time.

Any wholesale orders have a 10-15 business day turn around time due to high order volume. Any ready to ship item or items from the wholesale collection (noted as Ready to Ship in the title) will ship within 1-3 business days. The wholesale accessories & add on collection has a 3-6 business day processing time. However, if these items are ordered with garments, the entire order will have a 10-15 business day processing time.

Turn around starts on the next BUSINESS day as day one (1). Additionally, turn around time starts when payment is received. Reaching out to discuss a custom order does NOT start turn around time. 

I.E. You order an item on a Monday. Turn around time starts on the following Tuesday as day one (1). Any item ordered on a Saturday/Sunday will start turn around time on Monday as day 1 as Saturday/Sunday is not a business day.

Processing time does not include transit time, but only the amount of time I need to prefect your order.

In the event that your order contains items from multiple categories with different processing times, (ie. a shirt and a decal), it’s left to Handmade Pieces Company LLC’s discretion to ship each item individually or to hold and ship as one item following the longest items processing time. The exception is any ready to ship item will be sent immediately while the remaining made to order items will fall under standard processing time.
